- When you request a return, you will receive a "Return Authorization" email. - Once your return is received you will typically receive your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Returns are charged in the form of a restocking fee as per the table below and this covers the cost of returning the item to us via DHL. This cost will be deducted from the final refund you receive from us. If the country you wish to return your item(s) from is not listed below, then unfortunately we do not support returns via DHL from that specific country. Please return your item(s) to us via your preferred delivery method which will be at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service as we cannot be held liable for missing return parcels through this method.
